To see that brings me true joy. It reminds me of what he has done in my own life and the lives of people I love.” Daniel Hughes is the founder of 7 Springs Ministries 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
T.R. and Michelle both graduated Rhema Bible Training Center, and are both ordained ministers serving as pastoral leaders for 33 years. They both resigned from their church to serve alongside 7 Springs Ministries to help the addicted and oppressed find freedom. T.R. is our Men’s Program Director and Jail Minister, and Michelle is the Esther House pastoral counselor. They have been married 37 years.
John’s life was changed after completing a one year christian discipleship program in 2011. He is the co-founder of Adullam House, a homeless outreach in Anniston. He is trained and certified in Sozo for inner healing. “I believe that by revealing the love and truth of the Father’s heart for us, that true identity and freedom can be expressed in someone’s life.”

“I have served in long-term ministry with my husband and several years of pastoral leadership. I have been sober for 16 years giving thanks to the glory of God for my deliverance from drugs and alcohol. I am passionate and thankful to serve these women as they find freedom from abusive relationships and addiction.”
Having been a House Mother at the Esther House, she “opens her arms to the poor and extends her hand to the needy” (Proverbs 31:20) through listening, motivating with truth, and taking delight in exploring the student’s dreams and identities. “Three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love” (1 Cor 13:13).
Aims to glorify God through the expression and movement of dance. Under her leadership, she provides an outlet of restoration and wholeness, by blessing and encouraging others through drama and art therapies.
“My vision is to remain a part of 7 Springs Ministries family, and obtain a degree in counseling at Jacksonville State University. I plan to give back to the women enrolled in Esther House what I have been freely given through the hope I found in Jesus Christ.”
